Preparation is critical to ensure your success

What do I wear?
Choosing what to wear to your interview, is one of the most important steps in preparation. Remember, you will be making your first impression with a potential employer. Your decision of what you wear will say a lot about you as an individual. The clothing you choose will make you feel confident in how you look.

You don't have to go out and buy new clothes for an interview!  You may have an outfit that is appropriate and fits well already.  Just make sure that it is clean, pressed with no stains or holes.

What should I know?
Take some time to do some research on the company. Find out what direction they are heading, are they expanding, what product they manufacture, services they provide. Know who you are going to meet with and the pronunciation of their name(s).

What will they ask me?
Be ready to answer questions about yourself. Be prepared for questions about your background, education, experience, goals, and just about who you are.
